Personal Data Processing Consent

The consent you give with its own checkbox at sign-up: who processes your data and why, which data, for how long, and how to withdraw consent.

1.1. By ticking “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” when signing up for the Visnea service (the “Service”), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data to the Operator — the administration of the Visnea service (the “Operator”) — on the terms below (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”).

1.2. This consent is separate from the Service's other documents. Consent to marketing e-mails is given with a separate checkbox and is not a condition of signing up.

2. Purposes

2.1. Signing up and keeping the account; providing the Service, including performing operations with artificial intelligence models; payments, keeping the balance and refunds; service messages and support; security and preventing abuse; compliance with the law.

3. Data covered

3.1. E-mail address; the Google account ID and e-mail and the Telegram ID and username — if I sign in with them; the profile name, address and avatar — if I set them; payment data without card or account details; my requests (texts, images, video, audio, files, settings) and results, the history of operations; technical data — IP address, browser and device information, cookies, event logs; correspondence with support.

4. Operations with the data

4.1. Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation.

5. Transfer and entrusted processing

5.1. I agree to my data being passed to, and its processing being entrusted to, the following as far as the purposes require: AI model providers (model access services kie.ai, fal.ai, poyo.ai and others, and model developers) — my requests and settings; payment providers (lava.top, Platega) — payment data and the e-mail for the receipt; Google — for Google sign-in and reCAPTCHA checks; Telegram — when I use the bot and Telegram sign-in; the Service's hosting provider.

5.2. I agree to cross-border transfer of this data, including to countries that do not ensure adequate protection of data subjects' rights (for example, the USA), and I understand that the Service cannot provide its core features without passing requests to model providers.

6. Term and withdrawal

6.1. The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. I can withdraw it by writing to support@visnea-labs.com from the account's e-mail address or from the linked Telegram (https://t.me/visnea_labs?direct).

6.2. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days (Article 21(5) of the Law), except data it may or must process without consent — for example, to perform the contract or to meet accounting and tax requirements. Withdrawing consent may make further use of the Service impossible.
