Cookie Policy
Which cookies and browser records Visnea uses, why, how long they are kept and how to change your choice.
1. What cookies are
1.1. Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to work properly and remember your preferences. The browser's local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. This Policy is part of the Privacy Policy.
2. The Service's cookies
2.1. Essential cookies are needed for signing in and for the Service to work and are set without separate consent; functional ones remember your choices; the marketing one is set only with your consent.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| visnea_access | Signing in: a short session key | 15 minutes | Essential |
| visnea_refresh | Renewing the session without signing in again | 30 days | Essential |
| visnea_signed_in | Tells the website and the cabinet you are signed in (no session data) | 30 days | Essential |
| visnea_tg_verifier | Protects Telegram sign-in | 10 minutes | Essential |
| visnea_google | Protects Google sign-in | 10 minutes | Essential |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Interface language | Until the browser closes | Functional |
| visnea_theme | Colour theme shared by the website and the cabinet | 1 year | Functional |
| visnea_attr | Traffic source (UTM tags) and the inviter's referral code | 30 days | Marketing, only with consent |
2.2. visnea_attr lets us credit a referral or promo bonus and see which campaigns work. It is not set before you click “Accept”; choosing “Essential only” prevents it and deletes an existing one.
3. Local storage
3.1. The browser's local storage (visnea.* records) keeps interface settings (theme, panel width and layout), prompt drafts, tool presets and your cookie choice. The Photoshop and Figma plugins keep the API key in the plugin's storage on your device. These records stay on the device and are not sent to us by themselves.
4. Third-party services
4.1. Sign-in, sign-up and forms load Google reCAPTCHA to stop bots; Google may set its own cookies under its rules (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Google sign-in takes place on Google's website.
4.2. Inside Telegram the Telegram Web App script is loaded; it is not loaded in a regular browser.
4.3. The Service does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
5. Changing your choice
5.1. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. You can also restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings; without essential cookies, signing in and some features will not work. This English translation is provided for convenience; the Russian version prevails.
