How to use the Visnea plugin in Photoshop

The Visnea plugin turns Photoshop into a full AI studio: generation, inpainting and region replacement — right on the canvas, on your cherry balance. Let's walk through the panel step by step. If the plugin is not installed yet, start with how to install the plugin.

Opening the panel

In Photoshop open Plugins → Visnea. The panel docks to the side — you can drag and pin it next to your other panels.

Sign in

On first launch, paste the API key from your cabinet (Account → API). Your balance and the model list load automatically — no separate subscription needed.

Working modes

The plugin reads pixels from the active document in three ways — pick the mode at the top of the panel:

• Document — takes the whole image. Best for generating from the full picture as a reference.
• Selection — works only with the selected area. Perfect for inpainting and targeted replacement.
• Layer — uses the pixels of the active layer. Handy when you want edits kept separate from the background.

Basic flow: generation

1. Choose a mode (for example, Document).
2. Pick a model from the list — e.g. Seedream 4.0 for photorealism.
3. Type your prompt: what you want to get.
4. Press Generate. The result comes back to the canvas as a new layer — your original stays untouched.

Inpaint and replace by selection

1. With a selection tool (Lasso, Marquee) select an area.
2. Switch to Selection mode.
3. Describe what should appear in that area and press Generate.
4. The plugin replaces only the selection, blending the result into its surroundings.

This is the easy way to remove objects, change backgrounds, paint in details or extend a frame.

Tips

• Be specific: material, light, angle, style. The more precise the prompt, the more consistent the result.
• Keep edits on separate layers — easier to undo or blend variants.
• For clean replacement, select with a small margin around the edge.
• The cost in cherries is shown next to each model; the balance is shared with the website and the Telegram bot.
